The license
Buying Doca grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own and use yourself. One purchase per person; teams should purchase a copy per user. Please don't redistribute the app or your license key.
Purchase, updates, refunds
- Payment is a one-time purchase processed by Gumroad.
- Updates are free and delivered through the app.
- Refunds follow Gumroad's standard policy. No additional custom guarantees are offered.
Your files, your AI
Doca works on files stored on your machine; you are responsible for their content and backups. AI features connect to providers (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI) under your own agreements with them - their terms and pricing are between you and the provider.
As-is
Doca is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date above changes with them and the current version always lives at this address.
